Sun Valley Countryside – three villages, long interest-free payment plan

Sun Valley Countryside will consist of the villages Hanging Gardens, Wonder Stones and Golden Circle. There are many different unit types, and prices and availability were updated in June 2026.

Golden Circle Village has 52 units due for completion in autumn 2026. Hanging Garden Village has 122 units due for completion in autumn 2026. Water Stones Village has 39 villas due for completion in November 2026.

A pool and garage can be purchased as extras. Taxes and fees are additional.
